Job Description

Quality check the information provided by the bankers on home loan application
Making contacts with CA & Bankers for missing or incomplete information
Maintain the self performance and client data processed on excel sheets
Analyse and take decisions on whether the application should approve or decline
Loan applications with potential risk to be highlighted to Fraud or Credit team
Communicate with the internal & external stakeholders via emails and calls
Generate offer letters for loan disbursement
To manage and complete the allocated work as per the agreed targets.


International Process - Collections (B2B &B2C)
B2C & B2B collections , with lucrative incentives.
Review accounts and call on premium customers.
Include outbound calls to collect / resolve customer queries related to automobile.
Includes working with sales, billing and cash team for help

Technical / Desktop Support:
Ensuring low down time for production desktops.
Preventive / Corrective maintenance of all the desktops.
Managing and Maintaining operating system Endpoint Protection at desktop level, Microsoft issues.Responsible for Backups and Restore of critical data according to users request.
Responsible for 1st level troubleshooting in Servers and Hardware/ Operating system / Network related issues.
Ensuring Encryption in all Laptop users for data security, and EFS backup
Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
UPS Monitoring
Providing Mobile devices support (Microsoft Active Sync) for corporate users
