Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

1. Interfaces with customers at the front end of the clinic.
2. Meets customers for explaining services, takes calls and appointments
3. Handles billing at the front desk
4. Handles & reconciles sales cash & petty cash
5. Maintains clinic specific reports
6. Responsible for achieving share of the Sales revenue & Service Quality targets of clinic
7. Rostering of team schedules
8. Inventory & Stock management
9. Out calling to promote new schemes/ offers

Functional/ Technical competencies:

Pleasing Personality & Good communication skills
Service Orientation
Computer savvy ability to use Excel & WORD
Ability to multi task

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Experience :
2 to 4+ years experience in..
front desk management / sales / administration / GRE / Customer Service/ Customer Loyalty / Educational counseling / Training Academy coordinators.
