2. Meets customers for explaining services, takes calls and appointments
3. Handles billing at the front desk
4. Handles & reconciles sales cash & petty cash
5. Maintains clinic specific reports
6. Responsible for achieving share of the Sales revenue & Service Quality targets of clinic
7. Rostering of team schedules
8. Inventory & Stock management
9. Out calling to promote new schemes/ offers
