Job Description

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Specialist in inbound calls
Should be aggressive in handling the multiple customers
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Qualification:
Any Degree/ +2

Languages: Must be able to speak Hindi.

Salary: Rs.10,000 to 15000/-
