Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
1. Term Business
a. Acquire new accounts primarily through brokers
b. Facilitate deepening of existing term customers for additional business opportunities
c. Facilitate the retail distribution team for retail business at our corporate clients
2. Funds Business
a. To handle SME customers for acquisition, retention and deepening for gratuity and leave encashment
b. Facilitate deepening of existing fund customers for additional business opportunities
c. Facilitate the retail distribution team for retail business at our corporate clients
3. You would be required to identify potential accounts and open business calls.
4. Initiate broker relationship & manage the same to successfully generate business
5. Reporting of account updates to respect head of state
6. Assist in the preparation of deliverables to clients in term of business proposals, competition comparatives, etc
7. Gather & make use of secondary sources for gathering information about corporate , PSUs, competitors, etc.
Relationship Manager
1. Servicing of assigned existing customers
2. Ensuring increase in book size from existing customers
3. Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure successful resolution of client requirements & issues
4. Build relationships & confidence levels with distribution networks
5. Any other activity requiring assistance for the team during the regular course of business
