New Acquisition- Current Account Sourcing
To source new CASA accounts from the branch catchment by taking references from the existing customers as well as the leads received from the branch and generated by self.
Adhere to the guidelines laid down as per Quality Sourcing Norms without ANY deviation
Profile every customer & understand the purpose of account opening during profiling of the customer.
Family Accounts & Key Segments:
Deepen the relationship with the acquired account / customer for Family Accounts - Kids, Senior Citizen, Women, Family Accounts.
Acquire and Enhance Existing Relationship by sourcing Family accounts and cross selling other products of the bank on identified existing base shared from the branch.
Focus on key segments like Doctors, Teachers, Chartered Accountants, TASC, SA4CA etc.
Adherence to Quality Norms:
To ensure compliance with KYC & AML Norms for every A/c.
Strict adherence to KYC Documentation Norms.
Profile the customer as per Sourcing Norms - No Cash IP, No Nil IP.
To ensure that all customers are acquired Mandatorily with PAN & Aadhaar Card.
To ensure that all documentation / account opening formalities are completed in his/her presence.
Customer income, residence stability, occupation to be as per prescribed norms.
Understand the purpose of the account opening & usage.
Ask for Account Statement of the existing account with other bank to evaluate present banking behavior.
Propose relevant SB product as per profile - SB Max, Regular, Women, Sr Citizen, Kids.
Explain the Product Features (AMB), service charges related to the account.
To ensure that all the accounts sourced are meeting quality parameters like 100% Activation, Zero Depletion, 100% meeting AMB.
Adherence to SB Quality Sourcing norms using the checklist & scorecard.
Cross Sell and Digital Migration:-
Penetration of FD to existing and new customers. Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow ups.
Bundling of FD / RD. Prospecting for Retail Assets - PL, AL, TWL & Credit Cards using OneView Eligibility Indicator and generating lead for same.
To guide, provide demos and activate the customer on digital banking platforms like Net Banking, Mobile Banking, PayZapp, Chillr, MobileBanking Lite App, Bill Payment Registration - Standing Instructions on Debit Card for Bill Payment.
Ensure that the acquired customers maintain required product AMB and do transaction in the account every month up to M12.
Possess complete knowledge of the banks account opening documentation / process & know your customer guidelines.
Should possess thorough knowledge & understanding about features / benefits of the banks products & services
Keep track of competition practices, new opportunities and products in the market and share regular feedback with Supervisor/Seniors.
Possess communication skills, consistently maintain attire as per bank's grooming standards and have understanding of Code of conduct / Ethics
