Responsible for full recruitment life cycle.
Responsible for internal recruitment activities i.e., - planning, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, preliminary interviewing (face-to-face as well as telephone interview), follow up and offer negotiation.
Posting the requirements in the external and the internal portals.
Coordinating the interviews (telephonic, Skype and in person) for all levels ranging from Mid-level management to Senior Management
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the Hiring Managers; following up for a successful interview(also should have US Staffing knowledge)
Having exposure in hr operation activities would be added advantage
1. Good Communication skills: The role requires daily coordination with Team leads, Sales, Recruitment managers
Hence a strong communication skill in English is mandated.
2. Functional / Behavioral skill set: Positive attitude, flexible, aggressive, extrovert, inquisitive, team player, enthusiastic, active listener, learning attitude.
