Experience in Contract/ C2H / Permanent staffing and responsible for Candidate Selection, CTC negotiation, Offer rollout & follow up with the prospect for successful on-boarding.
Ensures applicant's background and qualifications are in alignment with job requirements and by facilitating the appropriate pre-employment testing/Reference Check for the candidate to be hired.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to communicate effectively and concisely - both orally and in written form
Strong analytical skills required, including ability to analyze multiple sources of data and recommend actions based on analysis.
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine for improvement of organization's policies and practices.
Creates a recruitment sourcing strategy and develops multiple channels to build candidate pipeline for targeted positions.
Leads cross-functional projects and recruiting teams to meet talent acquisition needs.
Measures and monitors key performance indicators of recruitment processes.
Utilize and maintain ATS including periodic reports to respective Directors / Stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge on MIS (Excel) & PPT Reports to submit periodic data to HR Manager/Director.
