Telephonic screening of the profiles checking for technical fitment, behavioural fitment, stability etc.
Conducting preliminary interviews, interviews of the candidates in close co- ordination with stake holder
Follow- up with candidates for post-employment reference checks, notice period negotiations, etc till joining.

Preparing MIS i.e. Manpower Requisition Details, Open Positions, Status
Maintaining reports such as interview status, Closed Positions and positions in Pipeline etc.
Preparation of Daily/Weekly and Monthly recruitment reports.
