Prior experience with writing about product startups, preferably B2B AND/OR prior experience with customer feedback/satisfaction/experience focused content (CX, NPS, feedback, surveys & more)
Basic content linked SEO/marketing skills.
Proficiency with content processors such as MS Word, Grammarly, Google docs and other writing tools.
Basic to advanced social media marketing & engagement skills.
Skills with tools like Canva, wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Google drawing etc.) to produce content outline & visual content directions.
Experience with CMS like WordPress
Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console to track content performance & reporting.
Experience in writing about startups and entrepreneurial topics.
