n Set-up and drive workplace strategy development and implementation projects, this will require an in-depth understanding of workplace strategies, their history, their enablers, and the issues that surround them.
n Set up project structures to clearly identify and then deliver the strategic aims of any project.
n To be responsible for the development of workplace strategies for global corporate clients.
n Participating in face to face engagement with client staff, including interviews, workshops and focus groups. Collate and summaries notes. Help prepare presentation slide decks.
n Undertake activities to support key data gathering processes and tools including developing communications material and preparatory work related to client surveys and observation studies.
n Leading & executing space utilization studies
n Data collation and analysis and the creation of summary slides, diagrams, charts and other written material
n Support the development of client business cases to impact on the drivers that frame real estate decisions, in client organizations.
n Desk top analysis industry trends, benchmarking, plan analysis
n Structure projects around client needs and develop solutions to match with the clients culture, goals, and infrastructure, and cost environment
n Understand and interpret changes in clients' businesses and its drivers, to work with all stakeholders beyond Corporate Real Estate.
n Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to support change processes in Workplace Strategy projects and change initiatives and beyond, taking advantage of wider business opportunities
n Developing client based change management strategies employing situational awareness of workplace change and human capital impacted by the change
n Identifying potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans and strategies to mitigate or address the concerns
n Conducting change readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical, easy-to-understand and influential manner
n Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes and subsequent review mechanisms
n Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective tactical actions within a client change project
n Working with communication, training, HR and OD specialists within the client relationship in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
n Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ B-Tech with Post Graduation/Masters would be preferred
n 4+ Years of experience
n Demonstrate experience of using a range of key technology enablers to support mobile workforces.
n Demonstrate experience of data collection and analysis in relation to the use of office space.
n Demonstrate an understanding of the principles of workplace planning and design.
n Experience and understanding of change management and communication processes and tools.
n Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
n Excellent active listening skills.
n Experience of Project management within in a real estate environment will be an advantage
n Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
n May not be required from a Workplace Strategy background but from a consulting role in any IPC (corporate advisory services)
n Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, to deliver reports and presentations to corporate clients, colleagues and senior management.
n Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability, to quickly adapt to changes in clients' businesses.
n Strong analytical & presentation skills
n Ability to manage clients and lead change
n Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication skills
n Microsoft Office particularly Powerpoint & advanced level Excel skills.
n Experience of using Microsoft Access or similar databases will be an advantage.
