Follow up with customer, sales person, warehouse staff etc & presenting daily sales report & list of customer outstanding.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure they are satisfied with the commercial contract & demonstrate adaptability in meeting client needs.
Manage Quantity Surveying resources and Billing Resources
Work closely with the sales team to ensure optimum delivery of contracts whilst exercising control of costs, procurement and management of the supply chain.
Ensure risk is managed and contractual issues are controlled.
Resolve contract disputes.
Work with sales & operations head to identify source of contract margin erosion below expected levels and make appropriate recommendations
Supports Sales analyst for securing revenue analysis & building pipeline to support this.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Technical & Behavioural Competencies:
Demonstrate strong business acumen, commercial awareness and knowledge of the competitors and complexities within the market.
Demonstrate proficiency in IT applications- e.g. MS Word, Excel, MS Project
knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
