Should have Installation, Basic Administration & Troubleshooting experience in :
Operating Systems - Linux (RedHat, Fedora, CentOS), Windows Server
Basic understanding of concepts like Routing, Load Balancing, Redundancy, Disaster Recovery, VPN, Firewalls, etc.
Core infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory(AD), LDAP, LDAP Integration, E-Mail Servers such as postfix etc.
VMware or any other virtualization platforms such as VirtualBox / KVM etc
Application Middleware platforms such as Apache, Tomcat, IIS, NGINX, NodeJS etc.
Database engines MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, MongoDB.
Advanced DB Implementation skills such as DB clustering, DB Failover
Should have hands-on administration experience with at-least one Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure
Should be able to provision, administer and troubleshoot the foundational services of Cloud Platforms for networking, compute and storage, in addition to provisioning and managing Cloud Managed Services such as Managed Databases, Caching Engines, Load Balancers and other PaaS offerings
Experience with private cloud platforms such as Openstack, Cloudstack is an added advantage
Should have automation skills with either Bash, Powershell, Perl, Python.
Should have experience with command line or API integration with Cloud Service Provider APIs
Experience with automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible will be an added advantage
Should have experience in any one of the coding languages - C# / Java / PHP / Node.js / Python
Should have architected and designed highly available, fault-tolerant, scalable software
Should have architected heterogenous solutions involving different products and modules using various integration techniques
Should have worked on and architected solutions on Docker / Kubernetes / Docker Swarm / ECS / EKS / ACS
Should have architected a complete DevOps CI/CD Pipeline
Should have extensive knowledge of various tools used in DevOps - Jenkins / Bamboo, JIRA / GIT etc
Should have worked / architected DevOps solutions in a container environment using Kubernetes, Helm etc
Required to have good communication skills - both written and verbal
Should be able to work under a high pressure environment with flexible work timings
Should have at-least 3+ years of support experience in multi-client or multi-platform environments
Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodology an advantage
Should have part of teams that have been audited for compliance PCI/HIPAA/AWS MSP etc.
Working in a Product company or a Product BU in a Services organization is an added advantage.
Security and Compliance
Should have designed / architected systems / solutions that are compliant to PCI/HIPAA/ISO27001 etc
Roles & Responsibilities
Will be responsible for new implementations internal or external as may be required from time to time.
Shall provide Level 4 Technical support to all clients that the candidate may be associated with and resolve client incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requests may include new implementations / change requests in the given environment. Assist in preparing Change Management plan including changes to architecture or design of existing systems and ensuring the same is approved by Solution / Sr. Solution Architects
Should have a thorough knowledge of Trianz cloud service portfolio and should have the ability to engage with clients on new requirements that may crop up from time to time.
Assist in Sales, Pre-Sales activities including marketing events, public speaking, RFI / RFP assistance (technical)
Should be abreast with latest technological advances and identify, mentor and groom associates on them including competency / Skill building, certifications etc.
Must have a AWS Solution Architect (Professional) Certification or Azure Solution Architect
