7 Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
8 Updating the CRM and ensuring Operations Team and Business DevelopmentTeam are aware of changes within clients.
9 Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
10 Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
