Handle telephone calls/email/chat (inbound/outbound) in a professional manner
Adhere to the organizational ethics and values
Adapt to changes in work environment as per business requirements ( Day shift)
Ability to work in teams

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good communication (Spoken and written)
Telephone etiquette
Quick learner
Attention to detail Good typing skill (25 WPM)
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) Multitasking


Education:
Minimum 12th or equivalent (Diploma/ITI)
0-4 years of experience
