Job Description

1.To ensure great customer experience through best-in-class delivery times and maximum serviceability for the assigned region.
2.The candidate will be responsible for order fulfilment, logistics and customer experience. The City Operations Head has the end-to-end responsibility for delivering on all these aspects as per the internal norms of the company.

The role would require the candidate to perform the following tasks:
Customer Experience:
1.Ensure adherence to the Service Level Agreements as informed to the customer
2.Work towards continuous improvement for reducing the service delivery times across the region
3.Ensure Delivery Executives meet required grooming standards with respect to attire and etiquettes
Delivery Executive Experience:
1.Ensure right availability of Delivery Executives into the organization basis demand
2. Facilitate smooth transitioning & handholding for successful performance through 'On the Job' trainings and by providing necessary resources to execute the job
3.Ensure prompt responses to queries /concerns raised by the Delivery Executives thereby clearing doubts/ apprehensions if any
4.Deploy measures to mitigate /reduce risks for safeguarding the health & wellness of the Delivery Executives
Delivery Executive Augmentation:
1.Liaison with the business team for forecasting the "Supply" demand
2.Execute plans for ensuring availability of adequate fleet and/or building the fleet to meet the Supply demand
3.Charter effective plans to continuously maintain a pipeline of Delivery Executives to meet the Supply Demand
Cost Optimization:
1.Ensure effective utilization of Delivery Executives through appropriate resource allocation
2.Design optimal incentive schemes for rewarding the Fleet within allocated budgets.
3.Explore opportunities for reducing the overall Cost Per Delivery
Special Projects:
Manage/ Contribute to Special projects such as launching new cities, building new supply chain etc.

Requirements

1.Graduate with 3-7 years work experience
2.Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (preferably in Logistics / Supply chain management
3.Prior leadership experience. (experience in managing blue collared employees is a bonus)
4.Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.
5.Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with MS excel. Should have the intuition to use data effectively for devising operations strategy.
6.Structured problem solving, detail oriented and customer first attitude
7.The candidate should have an entrepreneurial attitude.
8.Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
9.Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, elevated level of service.
