Build and execute Commercial Capability development and processes.
Ensure the deployment of learning framework consisting of Leadership, Foundational and Functional competencies.
Execute Employee Relations framework across various locations for end to end HR.
Re-enforce a performance driven culture by creating sharply focused accountabilities in the Objective Setting process. Implementation of full cycle of Performance Management system. Talent Management: Identify high potential, high performing talent, and emerging talent; identify future capability needs; determine development needs; and identify talent retention and critical position vacancy risks.
Talent Development: Develop talent programs that position high potential, high performing employees for challenging or critical business assignments. Coach Managers in creating IDPs for High Potentials.
Promote Career Management tools and resources and map career aspirations to further link it to the development of individuals.
Deployment of Annual Compensation review program, provide budgeting, advice and guidance to managers, ensuring differentiation & deadlines.
Work on organizational design and develop appropriate interventions to address individual, team
Responsible for driving and strengthening the HR processes with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Performance Management System, Employee Relations & Industrial Relations.
Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management- objective settings/ reviews/ feedback, Compensation and Benefit administration of incentive plans/ roll out of incentive plans , Talent Development (incl. leadership trainings), Talent review ,Employee Engagement (Gallup) action planning & follow up, Rewards & Recognition, Audits
