Responsible for selling luxury Residential and Commercial Property.
Activate agents on a monthly basis and ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained.
Generate Revenue and Acquire New clients through Agency Channel.
Responsible for generating business through Channel Partners.
Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.
Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
Conduct regular Meet with advisors / clients to promote Business
Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

Desired candidate profile:
Candidates must have min 3 - 8 years of Experience in Team Handling and preferably from Agency sales and in any Industry.
Must have Excellent communication skills.
