Lead Generation & Files Processing Job Detailing
Maintain relationship with Channel(s)/Dealer tagged to CRM, down to sales manager & sales executives.
Procure leads through at tagged channel(s)/dealer(s) and pre-assess in principle decision to fund the customer, subject to approval, using the DSS tool.
Allocate business leads received from Channels/Dealers to Field Officers (FOs) tagged under the geography within his Territory
Resolution of queries of BM/credit/operations required for business booking
Communicate the decision on the deal & help the FO to close and disburse the case within prescribed TAT
Cross sell insurance /other fee income from the customer
Manage the pre sanction and post sanction document collection and system updation
Drive business scheme with channels from time to time in line with business plans
Execute the BTL activity with tagged channel
Risk & Portfolio Management Job Detailing
Ensure Due Diligence on Hirer/ Guarantor for quality sourcing
Ensure that the asset being funded is delivered
Maintain EWI portfolio performance parameters
Timely PDD collection &Updation
RC Limit and Trade Advance (wherever provided to Channel) management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Should be a Graduate from a recognized Institute.
- Respective Product Specialist with minimum 3 years of experience.
