The profile expected of the incumbent is as follows:
a. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the Life Insurance industry with MDRTs to his/her credit
b. Age of 24 to 40 years
c. Candidates having experience in insurance models such as Business mentor, CDA and BA will be preferred
d. Candidate must preferably belong to the city/town for which the position is open
The Managing Partner role is equal to a branch manager where the MP will manager APs [Agency Partners] who are salaried employees of Kotak and APs in turn will recruitment Advisors / Agents & does business through them. The responsible is of hiring and mentoring Agency Partners with prime focus on driving AP earnings, team building and sales for the unit.
Minimum Exp: 3 yrs of Experience in Life Insurance in Agency Sales
Maximum age: 40
Min Qualification: Graduate with 10th & 12th pass
CIBIL check is mandatory
Number of less than 6 month tenures should not exceed 2
Candidate without job will not be shortlisted; candidate to be currently in job
4 or more years in life insurance
Candidates who have been promoted at least once in their past organizations
Candidates from Bancassurance/ Non-Life insurance not preferable
Candidate must preferably belong to the city/town for which the position is open
The fixed CTC offered will range from 5.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA.
Resident of the respective location for at least for 3 years
Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance Agency Sales with no Employment Gap
Age at least 24 years and not more than 40 years
Residence is within 50kms from location.
