CEO - Sales, Marketing & Merchandising (apparels)
Role objective :
As a CEO, responsible for actively participating in setting up goals across complete Division and effectively facilitating the team to achieve the same with focus on growth in sales and profitability, cost minimization and profit maximization. Will be responsible for Sales, Design, Sourcing and manufacturing. He must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities :
Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
To get business from International Buyers in order to increase profits and expand the business value by developing & managing clients & accounts effectively.
Adequate knowledge, potential and drive to handle large scale Apparel vertical with a clear commitment to continuously improve the performance matrix in line with corporate objectives.
Winning attitude in effectively negotiating & achieving target profitability by way of innovative ideas of simplifying the processes that is viable in terms of manufacturing / profitability.
Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact.
B.E/B.Tech / C.A/ MBA from reputed institute with 20 + Yrs of experience. Should have worked as a VP in a large Apparel / Textile manufacturing companies from last 4 years
Candidate should have at least 20 years experience in running apparel business preferably Woven as a profit centre head / COO/ Entrepreneur.
Must have handled a business of Rs 200 crore plus.
Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills, Financial acumen and deep understanding of apparel industry.
