Ensure end-to-end coordination for ICP Customers who visit the unit for availing OPD, IPD or other services offered in the product.
To ensure effective functioning of admission and discharge of the ICP Customers.
To meet and interact every day with ICP patients who are admitted in the hospital and ensure they are taken care of.
Capture Patient Experience and work towards uplifting the experience by plugging the gap areas on a regular basis
Coordinate for Diagnostics, Radiology, Pharmacy and other services in the unit
Quick and proactive in providing assistance and support to ICP Customers for better customer services.
Quick action to resolve customer complaints and make recommendation for customer services improvement on the basis of customer feedback.
Identify scope of improvements at all customer touch point.
Seamless service experience for all referred patients.
To resolve day to day customer complaints and manage the Total Customer Experience Questionnaires dissemination process.
To coordinate with diagnostic and treatment activities to achieve high customer satisfaction levels with services.
To coordinate with medical staff and other departments for the VIPs smooth customer service.
Financial Cost and Revenue Contribution
To help in converting the consults into PHP leading to increase in revenue.
To help in converting patients from OPD to IPD, Diagnostic & Radiology

To provide support to Unit Head Front Office / Administrator for back-end operations, training, development and effective customer service.
