Call Verifier Executive / Sr. Executive

Job Description

1-3 years of work experience in domestic /international call center voice process (Verification , Quality , Sales)
Should have exposure to audit calls of agents listening calls as well as making outgoing calls
Auditing calls, sharing feedback with agents, team leads, process owners
Identify, research and resolve issues of not met appointments
Recommend process improvements
Rework of rejected cases, make outgoing calls to resolve rework cases
Maintain MIS & share presentation on the monthly audited calls met ratio & conversion
Good verbal and written communication skills
Typing speed minimum 35 wpm

Experience in life, health, banking sector is required
Outcomes expected -
Increase meeting ratio of appointments (expected 70% meeting ratio on appts allocated)
Increase conversion ratios on appointments (expected 15% conversion ratio on meetings done by sales)
Decrease force leads / mis-selling
Decrease the rework cases by giving ongoing feedback, training to agents
