Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
Plays an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
Identifies sales opportunities, networking & fact finding and closing high value sales
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
Manages and penetrates customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives
Prepares and delivers effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans
Customer Management:
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
Sales /Service
1. Responsible for individual contribution
2. Prepares related sales budgets and target achievement plans
3. Devise architect list, personally meet up 50 architects every month
4. Constantly upgrade and improve performance standards
5. Review and address major complaints and respond on time
6. Ensure sales cycle closing calendar is followed
7. Should be able to design a security system plan at customers place, generate BOQ, evaluate different options and suggest the right model
8. Should be able to learn the various security products offered by the company
9. Should be able to tackle competitor market
 
Marketing:
1. Draw detailed marketing support activity plans
2. Consolidate demographic profile of the division
3. Launch of new products/models and other sales promotion activities
4. Consolidate competitor activities and send feedback.
Technical:
1. Presales and demo coordination with technical team
2. Attending all trainings conducted by Technical team in order to get updated on product, new product and features.
3. Coordination for installation activities
4. On time updating of delivery and installation status to the customer
5. Coordinating with technical team for final demo and handing over
Influencer Visits:
1. Should build influencer bank like architects, engineers, builders
2. Should make minimum 10 new influencers per month
3. Plan minimum monthly business through influencers apart from other leads
Target Customers:
1. HNI customers
2. Small and Medium Scale Enterprises
3. Commercial Segment
4. Institutions
5. Any other high value orders
