The position requires strong technical, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills. The candidate should have strong ETL and data modelling experience and a thorough understanding of the SDLC process.
The candidate must be able to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and a proven track record of leading teams on client engagements.
Coach, manage and mentor Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants.
Architect and design solutions for projects.
Provide technical leadership to team members and/or customer/partner resources.
Provide regular reports to communicate project and Consultant status to the leadership.
A typical profile that would suit this position would be have following background:
Proven track record of leading teams of more than 5 members.
An excellent IQ and strong analytical skills and ability to grasp new concepts and willingness to learn new technologies.
A willingness to work with a small team in a fast growing environment.
Mandatory Requirements :
Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence
Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter
Strong understanding of Informatica Architecture
Strong knowledge of SQL
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of database systems - Relational theory, data modelling
Preferred (but Not Compulsory)
Knowledge of other Information products like Informatica Data Quality, Informatica B2B Data Transformation, Informatica B2B Data Exchange etc.
Knowledge of other ETL Tools like Talend etc.
