Business Head- Health Care
A) Strategic Role:
New business development.
Brand Building Strategies.
Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments.
Revenue generation through new account development and key account management.
Responsible for overall P&L for the business vertical
(B) Operational Role:
Handling team of 3-5 people Pan India.
Responsible for achieving sales targets (Annual targets -100 cr)
Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.
Responsible for developing, submitting and vetting all relevant business proposals & tenders.
Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
Managing & Handling meetings with key clients.
Provide necessary training to teams as and when needed.
Monitoring & evaluating the performance of teams by guiding them to achieve targets.
Should have at least 15 plus years of experience with a track record of developing Comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.
Should have experience in selling solutions for Healthcare & Hospitality domains.
Should have prior experience in managing large teams of Sales, Presales and operations.
Should have the experience & ability to clinch large deals and chase a revenue target
Experience in identifying and exploring New Geographies and verticals.
Experience in Client Management and client relationship
