Job Description

To develop and maintain good working relation with the listed set of accounts/clients in the region/city.
Understand the expansion/relocation plans of the account for the year/quarter/month
Understand the various formats of the account/client and focus areas wrt expansions.
Increase the market share wrt the real estate needs of the account/client.
Liaison with the internal teams to get right fit properties for the accounts/clients.
Work as a trusted advisor for all the real estate requirements of the clients/accounts.
Ensure best billing terms and timely collection.
Responsible for all communications with the clients/accounts and work as a SPOC for the assigned region/city.
Ability to prospect and sell to the clients/accounts.
Ability to develop a win-win solution in the partnership by taking into account business
imperatives.
Ability to map existing trends and predict future trends by developing industry
networks.
Thorough knowledge of competition and competition activities in the assigned market.
Established credentials in closing significant business deals at regional/city level.
