Approaching Clients/customers if they are interested in company's product.
Show customers around the display room and help them make the best decision in selecting their Item.
Must be able to answer all questions of the Client/ customer.
Responsible for arranging any fabric change requests for the customer on certain pieces of Item.
Provided knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer service.
Identified and developed business strategies to improve sales, attract customers and support new and existing accounts.
Must constantly learn about new products and be able to explain specific features of various products to the customers.
Should be focusing more on service and customer satisfaction.
Researched and presented information on features and benefits with current products.
Kept and updated a clientele book with customer contact information
Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers.
Explained special financing plans, delivery procedures, and warranties to customers.
Coordinated delivery with customers and warehouse personnel.
Assisted customers by selling design, quality, service and value over price.
Coordinated with sales associates, management and merchandizing team.
Update and manage company website and Social Media.


Diploma/Degree in Management or similar
Proven working experience in Sales of Interior/Furniture/Design
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Project management skills
Good knowledge of Architectural and MEP Materials
Pleasant personality.
