Udhar Bazar, a Fintech lending solution which helps customers who face challenges in accessing finance from mainstream lenders due to the informal nature of their income in semi urban and rural areas to get finance through its technology solutions and tech savvy brand partner network.
It is the only lending solution which has a credit access with customer service in 1 km vicinity of customer, with a very quick turnaround time of 72 hours loan disbursal across semi urban and rural areas.

Brand Partner Activation and Management
Client Management for building strong business networks

7 Key Results Areas
1. To manage the Sales programs that drives the demand of the company’s service and result into direct increase in business due to channel activation (Brand partners) efforts
2. Develop and manage Brand partners and other tie ups for business sourcing and leads / referral models
3. Monitoring and analysing market trends
4. Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
5. studying competitors' products and services
6. Presenting findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
7. Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
1. To create marketing strategies and campaigns for clients and undertake all duties necessary to deliver such strategies and marketing objectives.
2. Responsible for appointing and managing brand partners
3. Responsible for the driving sales of company products and services to the right market
4. Budget management. to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Capabilities and competencies
1. A proven ability to oversee all sales, business development, marketing and promotional staff and activities.
2. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
3. Willingness to travel for new brand partner set up.
4. Dynamic and enthusiastic.
5. Excellent written & verbal communication.
6. Provide good standard of personal presentation.
7. Pleasant & well-groomed personality.
9 Experience - Minimum 2 Yrs experience in Business development or marketing management

10 Qualification PGDM or equivalent degree from a B-Category B School
11 Age & Social Profile Below 30 years, Male/Female
12 Sourcing (Industry) Any (preferably Financial Services)
