Job Description

This job will exclusively focus on managing IT resource requirements for IT Software companies - Product MNCs / Start-ups / Captives / SMEs across various skills at entry level and mid management level hiring.
• Perform market research of target customers and competitors with their competitive offerings in the field of HR Recruitment Services
• Perform prospects & competitors profiling, maintain their databases
• Perform Customer Contacts Discovery through professional networking and other professional web sites, business directories
• Perform lead generation campaigns through email, social media and professional networking
• Make cold calls/email/online campaigning and help in lead generation
• Conducting field surveys and email campaigns
• Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services to build sales pipeline
• Own and manage lead generation and its conversion into sales
• Focused on achieving/ exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets defined for self
• Help in developing go-to-market plan and sales strategy
• Collate, analyze and present data for business planning and strategy

Requirements

• MBA (Marketing) preferred
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, ability to make sales pitch
• Minimum 3 months’ work experience into Lead Generation/Marketing & Sales
• Experience into HR Recruitment/Manpower Sales process would be preferred
• Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills can also apply
