Job Description

Delivery of sales revenue, gross margin and demand creation modules for the region within the defined cost budgets
To develop and implement appropriate demand generation modules
Responsible to work with existing Distributors in target geographies and appoint new distributors in target markets
Gather Insight in the market and understand which products of the organization can gain traction in the assigned markets
Responsible to identify and develop proper channels to develop business
Defining the product and deployment strategy
Inputs to ensure appropriate pricing
Engage with the distributor to ensure that the working capital is appropriately managed
Develop appropriate training modules and execute these for Distributor sales force, Company sales force , large waterproofing contractors etc
