Job Description

Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification of leads.
Good Contacts with Builders,Building Material Industry, Flooring, Procurements.
Establishing new business opportunities.
Understanding the client requirements and customizing the products as per their needs.
Interacting & giving presentations to the MDs, CEOs & key Government officials.
Maintain good relationships with the customers through regular personal visits, phone contact, e-mails etc.
Familiarity with tenders & tender related activities.
Travel across the assigned region.
Manage Accounts & Institutions.
Effectively build & manage funnel of all the accounts in the assigned region.
Need to manage & generate revenue from Government, Defence & Education verticals in particular.
