Job Description

Familiar with Product knowledge
Assist & prepare site inspection
Handle sales enquiries and follow up sales sequence
Prepare office proposal
Set up appointments and sales tour with prospects
Assist & help BDM to Close the deal and prepare License Agreement
Manage Database
Pre-open marketing plan
Implement marketing initiatives and identify joint marketing partners
Assist in Organizing special promotions with hotels, property agents and business associations
Build relations and coordinate with local Business Chambers and Associations
Actively participate in networking events and functions
Provide operational support and work closely with operations teams
Key Performance Indicators/Job Requirements

1+ of successful sales experience
Excellent English Fluency a must
Energetic, social, and outgoing
Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline
Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts
Able to negotiate with decision-makers, executives, and CEOs
Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills
Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks
Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries
