Business Development Manager
Job description & Responsibilities:
• You will carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth
• You will reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals
• You will filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities
• You will design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals
• You will lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen
• You will manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities
• You will constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives
• As the face of the organization, you will also help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Candidate from Service industry (Facility Management/Manpower Outsourcing) will get more preference.

Requirements

(i) You will carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth.
(ii) You will reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals.
(iii) Develop new clients and effectively maintain existing ones.
(iv) You will constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives
(v) Producing job descriptions as per client requirements.
(vi) To develop, regularly review and update the company resourcing strategy.
(vii) To monitor and evaluate all training and development activities with team to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
(viii) Develop positive working relationship with clients to enhance business.
(ix)   Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
(x) You will filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities

2. Line up Meeting With New/Previous Client:

(i) Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
(ii) Interact and correspond with prospective clients & get requirements from them.
(iii) You will lead the negotiation to close the leads



Reporting :
(i) Business Revenue Sheet
(ii) Sales Calls report( Min. 200 calls)
(iii) Projection of sales target for next month
(iv) Road Map for next month
