Job Description

Generate business across US/UK/Australia through lead generation, cold calling, emails & database building.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through the internet, Building Database, Proficient in secondary research.
Must have strong expertise in closing deals with monthly targets and should be highly result oriented with excellent spoken and written English.
Understanding the assigned business territory through market research.
Plan and implement all activities related to Business Development and Marketing efforts to achieve the desired target.
Developing relationships with key decision-makers (CEO, CTO, CXO etc) in target organizations for business development.
To act as a bridge between Clients and the Software Professionals.
To be involved in the entire sales process right from identifying the prospect and target market to closing the deal and maintaining relationship with the client.
Responsible for expanding the Client base in International market for the Software Development Services
To introduce new/innovative Sales & Marketing ideas to meet & exceed the targets.
