Job Description

Ensures the success by achieving sales targets.
Ensures daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Might be required to travel often.
Generate new business leads, business plans/sales plans.
Diligently manage the ERP.
Ensure that the customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth.
Involve her/him in customer engagement and provide valuable feedback about the product and
Manage sales and operations to deliver optimum and time bound results.
Adhere to the values and behaviour of NowFloats.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions and leverage growth opportunities.
Address customer and employee satisfaction queries promptly.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and comply with all regulations.
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings for updating the latest developments.
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned city.
