Job Description

Take complete ownership for monitoring and selling Web, Digital Marketing and Application solutions in the Domestic market.
Managing complete sales, BD & Marketing team.
Responsible to take new business initiatives & ideas, and brand development.
Industry mapping and identifying potential market.
Build a pipeline of business opportunities and close orders.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful deliveries.
Taking care of Digital Marketing activities related to the business and territory
Strategize and implement marketing tools with an aim to increase profitability and business expansion in Domestic markets.
Present right solutions for the client requirements, Negotiation and project closure.
Managing client relationships and grow accounts.
Devise and implement thorough training schedules to drive the marketing team towards target achievement.
Responsible for delivering desired target numbers by establishing tele-contacts on a daily basis with clients/prospects, direct sales, referrals or corporate contacts.
Manage Domestic sales team of callers, Presales, Business Analyst, Asst. Manager/Managers - Sales, training etc.
