Business Development Manager (BDM)
The BDM would play an integral role in success of the organization for Identifying Clients in the government/ Private sector, for Manpower Deployment and Outsourcing of Manpower (Technical and non-technical) and Technical projects/ Manpower Projects.
Identifying tender related work of Manpower Deployment & Outsourcing of Manpower
for various government, semi Government and private sector companies.
Preparing all the documentation for the tender.
Work on both manual as well as online tenders.
Doing the market research for quoting the bid right from preparing for the tender.
Submitting proper documentation to the client.
Billing and follow up of the bills with the client.
Developing new clients and maintaining existing clients.
Provide technical training to clients and subordinates.
Post: Business Development Manager (BDM).
Qualification: BE- Mechanical Engineer/ Any Graduate.
Technical Skills: MS Office.
Work Experience: 7 to 10 years in Business Development for Engineering/ Corporate/
Energy/ Non Technical Industry for Man Power Deployment in Govt./ Private Sector.
Salary Package: Negotiable.
