Job Description

• Generation of sales lead & manage BD/Sales, good knowledge for M-3 (Man, machine & Material)-assessment/ Site Survey.
• Identification of market information regarding upcoming profitable RFP & Tender.
• Remuneration will be fixed + variable based on result & profitable business.
• Good knowledge for commercial & compliance regarding P&L preparation.
• External & Internal sales skills required.
• Implementation/transition knowledge of SOW-"Scope of work" signed.
• Collection of payment will be a part of JD for next 3 month.

Required:
• Manage business development, external partnerships and overall revenue growth.
• Develop strong relationships with leading companies in condition monitoring, IIoT sensor manufacturers around the world for technology transfer as well as on-board them as partners.
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Collaborate with product & marketing teams to integrate partner solutions and increase partner transactions.
• Work closely with relevant ecosystem partners to develop long term strategies and drive exponential growth
• Provide market feedback to regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate development ideas.

Qualifications:
• MBA or PGDM degree from premium institutes.
• Min 7 years of experience in Business development
• Must be start-up enthusiast.
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset. Ability to work independently.
• Passion for meeting new people and building relationships.
• Skills in strategic, focused and low cost marketing
• Skills in creative and innovative designing
• Interested in field visits and real time problem solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multi-task and work in tight deadlines.
