Job Description :

Do internet based research of target segments to build/update and maintain a database of prospective clients and key decision makers

Make introductory cold call and follow up calls to prospective clients to initiate discussions and start the sales process

Set-up conference calls with senior business development team member and fix up sales meetings

Follow-up via email and phone with prospects

Develop a strong sales pipeline through a mix of email and tele-sales activities

Create, maintain and update client prospective data in a CRM software

Meet and exceed targets for generating qualified leads on a regular basis

Experience of selling eLearning services and Learning Management System, LMS, Moodle, etc in the domestic or international products will be highly desirable.

Experience with selling IT software, Cloud-based software, Software Subscriptions etc in the domestic or international products will also be considered.

Must be driven, innovative with an attention to detail

Should have the nerves for cold calling and perseverance that is required for it

Should have the ability to understand client needs and present solutions

Should be comfortable identifying key decision makers and building relationships

Must be able to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals consistently

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Good phone etiquette
