We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Provide trustworthy feedback
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Proven working experience of 4-5 years as a business development manager, or a relevant role in an IT Company
Prior Experience in Client Relationship is required
Generating Business from online Bidding Portals ( upwork, elance, Guru, odesk etc)
Proficiency in English ( both written and verbal)
Proposal writing , project estimation.
Time management and planning skills.
Coordinate with the international clients through skype chat and skype/ phone call
Understanding the client requirement clearly and discussing with the team internally.
Cold calling to get clients and taking appointment for meetings.
Explain in detail about our services to clients.
Prepare and present proposals to the clients
Generating Business and creating leads.
Ability to achieve targets on a set date and time
