Job Description

Accountable for managing the performance of each team member and training them, ensuring maximized productivity and results.
Develop a Pro-active sales plan and manage the sales pipeline of the sales team.
P&L management
Drives revenue for the company by effectively and consistently ensuring the sales team is selling all products and services at competitive prices while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Must ensure that the team meets and exceeds production and activity targets.
Provide daily leadership, communicate strategic direction and manage the execution of the sales team.
Manage the renewal of existing accounts - process and strategy in order to meet exceed retention targets.
Client management dealing with any escalated customer issues.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence within the healthcare industry
To be responsible for setting the sales forecasts and developing a sales pipeline of opportunity
Working with the management team, develop sales collateral and case studies to support targeted mailing campaigns
Identify key target clients within the healthcare sector
Visiting customers to build long standing relationships and attend to their every need.
Achieving growth and hitting new business sales targets
Support the management in the strategic direction of services sales nationally
Develop a strong network within the industry of relevant contacts and key influencers within relevant organisations
Provide monthly reporting to CEO as directed
Ensure all reporting prospects and existing accounts are entered into the CRM system
