The Business Development Executive will focus on customer acquisition. Lead generation and prospect management will be major focus areas as the business development executive will cold call, manage emails and work to generate leads as well as meet with potential clients.
Will further research client business referrals, network, and web leads. Shall provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Will Work closely with prospect for their needs and qualify and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Professional or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, or an acceptable combination education and experience. MBA or IT degree.

Minimum four years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Solid experience in opportunity qualification, precall planning, call control, account development, and time management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Previous experience in outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Self-motivated and self-directed with excellent listening skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Duties and Responsibilities
Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
Lead Generation and qualification
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects
Ensure follow up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
