1. Job Role: Business development executive
2. Role designation: Client Fitness Relationship officer
3. Skills required: Counter Sales
Essential Skills: Good Communication in English
Desired Skills: Dynamic thoughts with good understandings in inside sales
Computer knowledge: Basic, Should have basic Understanding about the Industry
4. Education qualification: Any Graduation including BE, Btech, MBA, BCA, Diploma with 15 years of Education (10+2+3)
5. Experience (relevant or total): NA or minimum 6months of experience
6. Responsibilities: Sales (Counter sales) Representative at Golds Gym outlet.
7. Salary range: 1, 44,000 to 2,00,000 plus high incentives up to 50k
8. Working Venue Details: Golds Gym bangalore Outlet
(banashankari / Richmond Town/ whitefield/ Malleswaram/ kalyan nagar)
9. Shifts: Rotational

Generates sales leads through Companysponsored (walk-ins and TIs) and employee sponsored outreach programs and promotions
Maintains accurate records of all Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored leads
Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
Conduct gym tours using established sales systems
Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems
Establish and maintain a minimum of 3 lead boxes/ tie-ups in the community on a monthly basis
Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Company standards
Maintain FC planner using established sales systems
Successfully completed the FC Training courses
Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership
Makes courtesy calls to all new members (3rd, 10th, 30th day) and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the gym
Enter Guest courtesy forms in software
Make regular weekly reports
Projects a polished, professional image at all times
Must be current on Company pricing and promotion schedule
Maintains information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies
Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations.
Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals
Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the Manager/Directors
