Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Key Accounts Management of the top Architects, Developer, Interior Designer, Contractor in terms of one-to-one communications and relationship building.

Making presentations/Group presentations at Architect /PMC and Govt. Deptt.

Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating new business and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.

Targeting for product specification with shade approval for entire segment like Healthcare, Hospitality, office building, Infrastructure ,institutional project etc.

Ensure BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the orders.

Help Project and Institutional Sales Division and Retail team in servicing the clients as well as in closing the deals.

Targeting PAN India projects -PWD/CPWD/Prashar

Targeting architects for their PAN India projects like- Sikka associates/Kothari associates/ Semac

Working with architects/engineers for their projects under planning /designing stage to specify our product with technical specifications.

Provide daily & weekly sales reports to Head of Deptt.

Collecting & analyzing market data on current trends & latest developments in the Industry.
