Job Description

Opening is in Formulations (Pharma Co.) for Domestic as well as International Markets.

To achieve the Budgeted Sales Target. Expand products in the targeted location/market.

Clients Dealing: Interaction with new/existing clients to get new business opportunities by telephonic, mail and personal interaction.

Interaction with clients on their visit and dealing with their queries and offering new products by presentations, samples representations of R&D products to initiated new business.

Cost finalization of product- Finalizing Product development cost, analytical and development charges and negotiate with client to close the deal on win-win situation.

Legal advice regarding product development and fulfilling requirements related to product supply agreement, Brand endorsement and non-objectionable certificates.

Regulatory Affairs updates, coordination regarding Regulatory clearance of product, DCGI, FSSAI approvals.

Coordination of site audit, dossier, product certification, art work clearance as per product compliance with QA & QC department.

Coordinating with R&D and ADL teams, regarding new product development, idea generation, trials, analysis parameters and finalization of label claim and composition finalization of products for different categories (viz. Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, etc.) as per the customer requirement.

Coordination with Packing and development team for artwork related activities, searching new packing options etc.

Interact for planning and coordinating timely delivery of new and existing products with SCM to satisfy customers market requirements.

To work as an interface between RA & Marketing for smooth functioning of Market Regulatory Department. Preparation of regulatory budget preparation, branded generics harmonization, Regulatory Data, Registration Reports, Grids, Pivot Tables etc.

Ensuring availability & delivery of right quality & quantity materials at the right time, price & terms. Expanding the existing client base and offer optimum services to existing ones for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction levels. Processing the executable orders in internal system flawlessly.

Co-ordination with various in-house departments such as domestic marketing, product registration cell, production planning, packaging etc. for timely processing and delivery of executing the domestic orders. Co-ordination with Legal Department for Agreement Finalization with Distributor.

Co-ordination with the warehousing, Finance Departments & Logistics Department agents to effect well-planned supplies of consignment and documentation. Communication with overseas customers to get the forecast & confirmed orders to minimize the lead-time required to execute the orders, which helps in building customer's trust towards the organization & enhances business prospectus.
