Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with proven track record
To Identify and develop business opportunities
Pro- actively identify target customers and establish contacts / communications with those customers
Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting for generating leads and enquiries
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, quotation preparation and submission , credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, negotiation, close and follow up
Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, follow up procedure
Further develop multi- tier relationships to organically grow the clients accounts
Build referral and lead generation network - Follow up all leads generated from website, networking sessions, trade fairs and other events/ contacts
Develop and implement strategies for new products and services
Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs
Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
To meet the sales targets
Effectively perform to ensure results and will be expected to travel extensively as per need of the work and are expected to work extra hours to achieve whenever the job so requires.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a PG degree or diploma in Business Administration
Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in Sales and business development
Having Experience in the field of Digitization services and Document Management solution will be an added advantage
A self- starter who can operate both individually and as part of a larger team.
Should possess leadership , Negotiation and Problem solving skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and spoken is a must
Applicants must be willing to work in a competitive environment and should be prepared to travel all over India. Current posting will be in Pune
