Job Description

Wanted Business Development Executive for a FMCG Company in Chennai. Qualification:Any Degree .Should have 3 years of Experience in the same field.

Appointment of distributors in accordance with company policy
Ensuring efficient and financially strong distributors are in place who can provide necessary infrastructure, adhere to stocking norms and meet all other company requirements
Ensuring on monthly basis that all distributors transfer adequate funds and meet primary sales targets
Making accurate forecast of stock requirements and raising timely indent
Setting , from time to time, coverage plans for his area and for each of his team members and ensuring achievement of the same
Optimizing number of productive shops
Full range selling
Monitoring the key distribution parameters on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement
Recruitment of TSI/ISR
Providing on the job training and proper induction of new members
Steering the team performance, monitoring actions, conduction of regular review meetings, motivation to achieve targets, inculcating strong team spirit
Creating brand visibility
Ensuring product visibility in the market and proper utilization of POS
Appropriately placing products on retailers’ shelves, maintenance of FMFO and relocating wherever necessary
Implementation of Promotions and marketing activities
Communication of sales information and competitive watch
Knowledge of Territory – Delhi/North Indian towns
Knowledge of Sales, Merchandising techniques
Resistant to pressure
Forward thinking
Ability to prioritize
