Job Description:

1. Assist the Managing Director on his day to day Business Activities.
2. Extract Companies Data for Business Development Database.
3. Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies and
procedures.
4. Manage general activities related to making products and providing services
5. Innovate by applying new technologies in the workplace
6. Consult with other executives, staff and board members about Business Operations
7. Create and manage an efficient Vendor Management Database.
8. Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements.
9. Analyse financial statements, sales reports and other performance indicators.
10. Identify places to cut costs and to improve performance, policies and programs.

Requirements

1. Should be a Graduate or equivalent qualification in any stream.
2. Should possess strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.
3. Needed strong Inter-Personal and Coordination skills for efficient Client/Vendor
Management.
4. Should hold strong Planning & Organizational skills.
5. Must have strong Business Acumen & Persuasion skills.
6. Should have efficient computer skills & should be proficient in Ms Office (Ms
Excel, Power Point, Ms Word)
7. Candidates with knowledge in Advance Excel and Financial Domain are
preferred.
8. Must have basic Knowledge of Financial Invoicing and Accounting Software.
