Business Analysts are required to answer customers queries over the mail resolve technical issues and provide information, providing solutions to the customer queries & helping them in solving their issues.
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity.
Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately. Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.
