The Analytics and Business intelligence team plays a pivotal role of supporting the leadership with insights and tools to win clients and provide value added service. The person will be a part of the extended team in India and will have to demonstrate skills in data analytics and management suing tools such as R, Python, Tableau, or any other statistical tools. Additionally, the position holder would be involved in assisting the global leadership with different projects and initiatives, while interacting with business leaders and members of all business verticals to ensure efficient business operations.
Support the Global A&T leadership on systems, processes, research and documentation (presentations)
Support the Global Sales Management/ A&T teams with ongoing projects; be proactive in taking ownership of new project and initiatives
Play a critical role in understanding business process and utilizing the gained knowledge to come up with solutions
Champion business technology tools like Salesforce, Sharepoint, Tableau.
Be able to use analytics tools to analyze business data and come up with new ideas/methods to automate workflows.
Wrangle, Clean, and Analyze large data sets and critically think about solutions to problems, strategies and outputs using fact-based quantitative analysis.
Continuously review business process to achieve greater institutionalization of business data.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices though continuous improvement and learning.
Engage, train, share and champion analytic and business intelligence tools and processes with other functions - Promote and demonstrate best practices around analytics.
Self-Motivator with the ability to work autonomously while managing tasks and deadlines appropriately.
Work on Ad hoc request from regional and global teams
Basic Qualifications & Personal Attributes:
Conversant, with demonstrated experience in open source languages (R, Python). should be able to manipulate data frames and use libraries to analyses data sets
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
Bachelors degree with 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics or related fields
Should have a quantitative back ground. A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related field would be preferred
Demonstrated Microsoft Office capabilities.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills. Experience using tools such as R, Python etc. for data analysis.
Ability to articulate complex data and concepts both verbally and written in English.
Experience with Salesforce/ Sharepoint/ Tableau/ Visualizations or other CRM and business intelligence tools is a preference
Ability to think outside traditional approaches and evaluate implications on business.

Very good attention to detail and ability to continuously follow-up
